Ian Volner is a writer and critic, and has contributed articles on architecture, design and urbanism to The Wall Street Journal, Art Forum, The New Yorker online, and others. A contributing editor at Architect and Surface, he is the author of This Is Frank Lloyd Wright (due from Laurence King Publishing in August) and is currently at work on a biography of architect Michael Graves, due from Princeton Architectural Press in 2017.
