I'm having a hard time focusing on what Jindal's saying because, as at least four people just quipped, he sounds like Kenneth on "30 Rock." But is he really scoffing at government money for "volcano monitoring"? Is he insane? Has he never heard about the Yellowstone supervolcano that could kill us all? Sheesh.
