Remember this spot, from back in March?
Okay, that last line--"An American president Americans have been waiting for" was pretty noxious. But the overall tone here is in line with McCain's self-image and the campaign he once pledged to run. Contrast this with the sarcastic and sneering celebrity, lipstick and sex-ed ads
Those were the days.
