He finally says it:
"Barack Obama is ready to lead American and restore American leadership in the world. Ready to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States. Barack Obama is ready to be President of the United States."
That's all he really needed to do tonight. Coulda been a one line speech. But Obama will take the bonus material; so far it's good.
